Following the compass, we'll find several scenes before eventually reaching her final destination on the west side of Seigle Fell.

Go for it electra quest self. In one of tasks it says to go speak to a person in each region but it doesnt say who to speak to. Any idea what this means. How far are you in the game? There are specific NPCs throughout that you are required to help. Well the NPCs for the first level of Mastery of Thunder are in Garfont Village and in the first new village you get to in this chapter. I believe if you have Electra in the party, it puts markers for these NPCs on your radar like it does for other quests.
